Job Description
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities and comprehensive cost estimates based on approved drawings and specifications. • Carry out accurate quantity take-offs for civil, interior, and MEP works to ensure cost correctness. • Perform detailed rate analysis for materials, labour, and subcontracted activities. • Prepare running account bills and final bills as per contractual terms. • Verify subcontractor and vendor bills before forwarding for processing. • Coordinate with site engineers to capture executed quantities accurately. • Track project costs against approved budgets on a regular basis. • Support tender preparation by providing estimation inputs. • Maintain proper billing and estimation documentation. • Ensure timely submission of bills and cost reports.
