• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule. • Monitor the quality of workmanship for civil and interior finishes. • Manage labor and sub-contractors for smooth execution. • Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications. • Maintain daily progress reports and site measurement books. • Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards. • Verify material deliveries and maintain site inventory. • Identify and resolve technical issues on-site. • Assist in preparing client and subcontractor bills. • Ensure timely project handover with zero defects.
