• Identify and track upcoming industrial and commercial projects (Warehouses, Factories, Metro Stations, Airports) suitable for Skyshade’s product range. • Leverage existing networks within the PEB industry to introduce Skyshade’s daylighting and tensile structure solutions. • Achieve regional sales targets by converting leads from concept to closure. • Bidding & Tendering: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial bids for private and public sector tenders. • Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate cost estimation and proposal submission. • Collaborate with the internal design and engineering teams to draft technically sound proposals that meet client requirements. • Liaisoning & Networking: Act as the primary point of contact for Architects, Structural Consultants, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs). • Conduct technical presentations (Lunch & Learns) to educate stakeholders on the energy-saving benefits and structural integration of Skyshade products. • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at PEB companies (e.g., Kirby, Tata BlueScope, Pennar) to secure vendor registrations or partnerships. • Project Coordination: Coordinate between the client’s site team and Skyshade’s execution team to ensure smooth project handover. • Resolve technical queries regarding roof integration, leak-proofing, and structural loads during the negotiation phase.
Requirements
• Age: ~30 Years. • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core sales/marketing experience in the Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), Roofing, or Structural Steel industry. • Education: B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) preferred; MBA is a plus. • Technical Skills: • Deep understanding of PEB structural components, roof sheeting profiles, and industrial building dynamics. • Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and understanding architectural specifications. • Experience in Tendering & Bidding procedures (GEM portal experience is a bonus). • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate ROI and energy efficiency calculations. • Soft Skills: • Excellent negotiation and closure skills. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (Chennai/Delhi). • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a competitive market.
