• Precision Assembly: Assemble mechanical parts and housings for sensors (such as float switches and transmitters) strictly according to technical specifications.
• Fabrication & Fitting: Perform essential bench fitting operations including cutting, filing, grinding, drilling, and tapping to ensure components fit perfectly.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and technical diagrams to determine work procedures and dimensions.
• Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges) to check parts for accuracy and quality before final assembly.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance on tools and workshop machinery to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify mechanical issues during the assembly process to minimize wastage and downtime.

• Education: ITI in Fitter Trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly unit (Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in bench fitting and use of hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Knowledge of drilling, tapping, and grinding operations.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
