• Material Handling: Loading and unloading raw materials (steel rods, tubes, boxes) and moving them to the respective workstations (Lathe, Welding, or Fitting sections).
• Production Support: Assisting Fitters and Welders by holding parts, handing over tools, and performing basic tasks like filing or cleaning metal components.
• Deburring & Cleaning: Removing rough edges (burrs) from machined parts and cleaning finished sensors before packing.
• Packing: Carefully packing finished level sensors and switches into cartons/boxes for dispatch, ensuring labels are correct.
• Shop Floor Maintenance: Keeping the work area clean, sweeping the floor, and disposing of scrap metal or waste material properly.
• General Errands: Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or floor manager.

• Education: 10th Pass / SSLC preferred (Not mandatory if physically fit and willing to work).
• Experience: 0–1 year of experience in a factory or workshop is a plus (Freshers can apply).
• Skills:
• Physical stamina to lift and move materials.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions clearly.
• Basic discipline and punctuality.
• Language: Ability to speak the local language (e.g., Kannada) is often preferred for coordination.
• Working Conditions:
• Role requires standing and moving around the factory floor.
• Must wear safety gear (shoes, gloves) as provided by the company.
