Job Description
• College Identification & Prospecting: Identify target engineering, degree, and management colleges in Bangalore and nearby regions. • Map key stakeholders (Principal, Director, HOD – CS/IT, Placement Officer, Training & Placement Cell). • Build and maintain a structured prospect database. • Institutional Engagement: Fix appointments and conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers. • Present certification programs, value propositions, curriculum, and career benefits. • Position certifications as value-add programs for student employability. • Sales & Revenue Generation: Negotiate commercial terms and batch sizes. • Close institutional agreements. • Drive student enrollment numbers per batch. • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • End-to-End Sales Process Management: Proposal preparation and follow-up. • Coordination with internal academic/training teams. • Ensure smooth onboarding of colleges and students. • Track payment collection and documentation. • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with academic institutions. • Explore repeat batches and advanced certification opportunities. • Identify opportunities for seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in institutional sales / EdTech sales / training program sales. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to engage senior academic stakeholders. • Target-driven and self-motivated. • Willingness to travel across India. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. • Preferred Background: • Experience in selling certification programs, skill development courses, or technical training. • Exposure to cybersecurity, cloud, or IT training programs is an added advantage.
