Job Description

• Service & Technical Support: Handling installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of audiological equipment including Audiometer, Impedance, OAE, BERA / ABR, and Assistive Listening Devices.
• Performing calibration, quality checks, and software configuration/upgradation of audiological instruments as per regulatory and company standards.
• Attending service calls at hospitals, clinics, institutes, deaf schools, and government tender sites.
• Ensuring timely resolution of service issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Sales & Pre/Post-Sales Support: Supporting the sales team with product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer meetings.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, including product selection, solution discussions, and feasibility assessments.
• Supporting post-sales activities to ensure smooth handover, installation, and customer training.
• Assisting in government and institutional tenders, including technical documentation and product compliance details.
• AMC / CMC & Documentation: Executing and supporting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts).
• Maintaining accurate service records, calibration logs, service call reports, and customer documentation.
• Preparing and submitting MIS reports, including service status, repair updates, AMC/CMC tracking, and spare usage.
• Training & Customer Enablement: Conducting basic product and technical training for dealers, technicians, audiologists, and end-users.
• Supporting internal sales and service teams with product knowledge and application training.
• R&D and New Product Development: Assisting and collaborating with the R&D team in the development of new audiological products and software solutions.
• Providing field-level technical feedback, failure analysis, and customer insights to support product improvement and innovation.
• Supporting prototype testing, validation, calibration, and clinical evaluation of new products.
• Assisting in software development, configuration, testing, and upgrades related to audiological equipment.
• Contributing to technical documentation, user manuals, service manuals, and SOPs for new and existing products.
• Inventory & Coordination: Managing spare parts, tools, accessories, and demo equipment at the regional level.
• Coordinating with manufacturing, quality, service partners, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Ensuring adherence to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and company quality processes during service activities.
