Job Description

• Promote Hearing Aids and Audiological Equipment across the assigned the area.
• Identify, appoint, and develop new customers on a monthly basis to increase market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Audiologists, ENT Doctors, Hearing Aid Dealers, Deaf Schools, Institutes, Hospitals & Clinics.
• Drive business promotion and product awareness through regular field visits.
• Expand market presence by strengthening existing accounts and increasing share of wallet.
• Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual targets for Revenue, ASP, Collection, and DSO.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) within company-prescribed credit period and credit limits.
• Ensure timely collection and adherence to credit policies.
• Conduct regular unsold stock checks (Hearing Aids) at customer locations.
• Maintain and track trial units within the prescribed limits set by the company.
• Prepare and submit monthly & quarterly projections (value-wise, product-wise, and customer-wise).
• Ensure periodic signing of customer sales agreements and achieve completion within defined timelines.
• Drive upselling of product portfolio from Standard to Advanced and Premium categories.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of products and associated software to support effective demonstrations and clinical discussions.
• Participate in and explore private and government tenders, including documentation and follow-ups.
• Maintain and track advance tour/travel plans on a monthly basis.
• Share daily visit plans and submit Daily Visit Reports regularly.
• Monitor and analyse market dynamics, competitor product lines, pricing, and schemes.
• Prepare and submit regular market intelligence reports to Head Office.
• Implement sales strategies in coordination with HO to counter competition.
• Ensure proper execution of company policies, schemes, and promotional activities.
• Represent the company professionally in conferences, meetings, tenders, and institutional interactions.
