Job Description

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination).
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements.
• Manage offer rollout and joining formalities.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Payroll & Attendance Management: Assist in payroll processing (attendance, leave records, salary inputs).
• Maintain accurate employee records for payroll.
• Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee records from onboarding to exit.
• Handle confirmations, appraisals, and documentation.
• Support exit formalities including full & final settlement.
• General HR Operations: Maintain HR databases and employee files.
• Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.).
• Address employee queries and provide HR support.
• Administrative Activities: Oversee day-to-day admin tasks (office coordination, vendor management, supplies).
• Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
• Support event coordination and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Traits:
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
